New SHINJU & SHINJU MIRAI

Lunada Bay Tile has harvested more inspiration from the ocean and its oysters for our latest update to the Shinju and Shinju Mirai ceramic collections. Shinju, which means “pearl” in Japanese, gains two new patterns: Surf Rail (a rectangular three-dimensional tile) and Stingray (a half oval shape). A new color, Cape Pearl, joins both collections and references the craggy gray exteriors of Pacfic oysters.

Shinju Surf Rail and Stingray in Pacific

The gently raised edge of the Surf Rail molding piece creates a subtle dimension that can be used as an accent or transition for a variety of project styles.

For the Stingray pattern, subtle dimension and refined curves elevate our version of the classic scallop/ fish scale pattern.

Both hand-crafted shapes are available in all 6 Shinju colors.
