 For Return & Refund information related to any order placed through an authorized Lunada Bay Tile dealer, please contact the dealer where the tiles were purchased directly.

To keep sample pricing as low as possible, sample orders through our website are final once they have shipped.

• Sample orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after shipment.
• Please review all sample details carefully before placing your order.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled at any time before they ship.
• Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
