Sample Order Shipping Policy

The following policy applies to sample orders placed through our website only. For shipping information and policies related to sample orders, or inventory orders, placed through an authorized Lunada Bay Tile dealer, please contact the dealer where the tiles were purchased directly.

Shipping Addresses

• We ship to physical street addresses only.
• PO Boxes are not eligible for delivery.

Shipping Costs

• United States: $8 per order
• Canada: $13 per order

Shipping costs are non‑refundable once the order has shipped.

Processing Time

• Most sample orders ship within 1-5 business days of the order being placed.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

• All sample orders are shipped via FedEx OneRate.
• Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days once the order has shipped.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.

Sample Limits

• Sample orders are limited to a maximum of five (5) samples per order.

Rush Orders & Special Requests

• If you require rush shipping, or if you are looking for tile samples not available on the website, please contact your local authorized Lunada Bay Tile dealer for assistance.
