Trade Program

Our trade program supports qualified design and building professionals working on projects within the United States and Canada. Eligible members include interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, and developers actively involved in specifying or purchasing materials, with credentials or project documentation required for approval.

Tile and retail showrooms interested in establishing a partnership with us are encouraged to connect through our Contact Form.

Submit at least one of the following as proof of profession: Valid membership to AIA, ASID, IDC, IIDA, NKBA, NSI; Interior Design Certification such as NCIDQ, CCIDC; or valid business license verifying the business of Interior Design, Architect, Contractor, or Tile Installer, etc.

No, your information will not be sold or shared with outside parties. We understand that your privacy is important, and we are committed to protecting the information you provide. The information submitted with your application is used solely to verify your credentials and eligibility for the Lunada Bay Tile Trade Program. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared outside of Lunada Bay Tile. If you have any questions about how your information is handled, our team is happy to help.

Your application will be reviewed promptly, and there’s no need to wait—you can begin selecting your free samples as soon as your application has been submitted.

Not many. We don't require inventory purchases, sales quotas, or minimum spending. To remain in good standing, Trade Professionals should maintain a professional business presence, represent our products accurately, follow program guidelines, and communicate respectfully with customers and our team. And while it's not legally binding, a genuine appreciation for beautiful tile is highly recommended. 

Only samples are available through our website. The nearest showroom can be found using our Dealer Locator or by reaching out to us for a recommendation - Contact us.

Sample orders are usually processed for shipment within 5 business days, plus 2-3 days in transit.

Lunada Bay Tile does not sell directly to Trade members. While samples are available for purchase on our website, all regular inventory orders must be placed through our authorized design showrooms and dealers.
