PURCHASING/ ORDERS - What product do you recommend?
While the enjoyment of the spaces in which you live, work and play is important to us, we feel that every space can and should be unique. The design of this space is a personal one to be explored and discovered by the individual. For guidance, qualified designers are on staff, and available for consultation, at most LBT authorized showrooms. Their understanding of your needs through a one-on-one meeting will be of great service in helping make the best choice for your project.

PURCHASING/ ORDERS - What’s the status of my order?
For the current status of your order, we ask that you contact the dealer where you made the purchase. We work closely with our tile distributors to ensure continuous communication with the information they need to assist you.
PURCHASING/ ORDERS - I’m told my order has shipped – what’s the tracking number?
Order shipments are usually arranged by our authorized dealers, for tracking information we ask that you contact the dealer where you made the purchase.
ISSUES - What do I do if I have a complaint?
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, and we are always here to help should you experience any issue with our products. In all cases the place to start is with the dealer where you purchased the material. All initial communications should be directed to your dealer, who should be able to answer most questions you may have regarding our products, or to address any installation issues; the dealer is best suited for this. If the dealer is not able to assist you, request the dealer contact its Lunada Bay Tile Sales Representative, who will make sure your issue is referred to the appropriate person in our company to assist you. We will then work with the dealer or installer directly to resolve any questions/issues.
ISSUES - How quickly can I expect a response after submitting the contact form?
All responses should arrive within 1 business day. Please be sure to check your Junk Email box, if not seen.
TECHNICAL - What do you mean by: “Not recommended for submerged applications."?
Not all tile is suitable for use in “submerged applications” (such as pools, spas, and fountains) where unique combinations of factors such as stress, expansion/contraction, heat and physical pressures from water and earth movement may be found. Certain tile series, or certain tile sizes and/or glaze colors, that may not be appropriate for these applications are identified on each product page.
