Gather friends and family around a fireplace full of depth and character. Each of the ceramic tiles in this great fireplace were sculpted by hand, giving this 8' tall by 6.5' wide installation an artistic wow factor.
This three-dimensional ceramic tile series is inspired by the clay pans, rocky outcrops, and endless rippling dunes of the Namibia desert landscape. Each tile is made by an artisan using a special hand-sculpting technique to create tiles that are truly one-of-a-kind. The undulating patterns engage a sense of adventure and rejuvenation — like the discovery of a hidden oasis.
